Request for Information:
Are you moving out of a leased facility with RL infrastructure and don't want to spend the money to return the space to its original condition? A 3PSP is expanding and needs a facility to move into by November, 1, 2011, in the Columbus, Ohio area. RL infrastructure can include conveyor/IT cables and other infrastructure as it relates to Depot Repair. Not required but preferred. Facility requirements: - 75,000 square feet (with 3-5,000 of it office, the rest open warehouse or combo warehouse/production). - Located in an office park (not downtown or residential). - Need to have the ability to secure the truck court. - Access to main freeways. - Minimum of 8 docks. - Preferably no more than 15 years old. Response should include: 1. Outline of details regarding the specs above. 2. No more than 2 pages. 3. Minimum 6 pictures of outside facility and key interior areas. Details regarding remaining lease/ contract obligations for cost savings and move out costs are all points of negotiation. Company moving quickly on this project, submit responses by due date.
